Do you use a steam cleaner in your cleaning services?
Absolutely. Carpet cleaning is one of our specialities and is what we built the foundation of our business on. We will steam clean your carpets, disinfect and deodorize your carpets and also clean and Scotchguard™ your upholstery and furniture.

What is the cost?
The cost of cleaning your home or business will depend on how large the space is, how many rooms you would like cleaned and what types of cleaning services you require. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all methods of payment at Canadian Carpet Cleaning, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, cash and cheque.

Where are we located?

Are we bonded and insured?
Yes. We are fully bonded and insured and we also have WSIB and workers’ compensation for our staff.

How long have we been in the business?
We have been in the carpet cleaning and janitorial service business since 1979 and have been serving the GTA for over 30 years!

How do I give you instructions if I’m not home?
Please let us know over the phone if you have any specific instructions for us before we enter your home for the first time and you are not there. We most often clean homes and businesses when their owners are not home and find that if our customers have a specific need, they will often leave us a note detailing a change they’d like to be made or an area that they’d like us to give special focus to.

How will you get in my home or business if I am not there?
The most convenient and secure way for us to get inside is with a key that you have provided to us. Please rest assured that your key is secure and kept safe by our staff. To ensure security, we colour code the keys without using any address labels so that if a key is lost by accident, there will be no identifying information about you or your address on it. Each morning the keys are signed out and then signed back in at night and locked in our safe for safekeeping. Giving us a key is also a great idea because we’ll be able to get into your space even if you forget that it is your cleaning day!

What if I have pets?
Although we love pets, please let us know if you have an animal in your home or business before we arrive. This is to make sure that your animal, cats in particular, will not escape when we open the door to your home.

Who will clean my home?
All of the cleaners and maids that we employ have been professionally trained and must pass our training program before being allowed to clean any of our clients’ homes or businesses. Our staff works directly for us and your home or business will never be cleaned by an independent contractor.

Will my home or business be cleaned by the same cleaning crew each time?
Generally, yes. If you have your cleanings scheduled for the same time and day each week, you will have the same cleaners at your location. If you need to change your time and day, we will do our best to keep the same cleaners on your location but cannot guarantee it.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we guarantee all of our work and we will not leave a job site until you are completely satisfied. Most of our customers are repeat customers and referrals are our best sources of new business.

Do I need to supply any equipment?
No. When our cleaners come to your home or business, they will bring everything they need to complete the job. If you own specific equipment that you prefer to be used, our staff would be happy to use it instead.

What if I am sensitive to cleaning products?
No problem! If you have sensitivities to certain chemicals, scents or cleaning products, we’re happy to use cleaning products that you provide instead of the products that we normally use.
